I am really curious about my chances of getting into medical school. I have a 3.35 gpa with a 3.45 science gpa, a 4.0 in my masters, and my mcat score was a 30. I have done research for 4 years, I am finishing a masters in chemistry, I'm a TA for biochemistry, achieved two publications, and have presented research at national conventions. My undergrad degree was in biochemistry and the other degree was biomedical sciences. In addition have job shadowing experience. I have not participated in any premed clubs, and my volunteering is limited to one organization (100 hr+). My preference would be a DO program, what are my chances?

Solid for all programs, provided you don't have any red flags on your application.

Your changes are very good. We have similar stats, and I've received 3 acceptances out of 6 schools. Also, your research experience is a huge plus. Good luck to you!
