what are a candidate's chances of matching at a program post interview? I guess it would depend on how many spots the program has?

How heavily do step I, II scores, gpa, medical school , ec, lors play at role in the rol processing of programs?

is everyone considered even once u get to the interview stage? or do some programs use a point system?

its program dependent. I was told at one program they pretty much know where they are going to rank us, the interview is just to make sure you don't have a personality disorder. Another program told me once you get the interview, you made the grade and you start over, the interviews are about personality and whether you would fit in. Another program said board scores and grades are the most important, the interivew can only help you a little or hurt you alot. I think most of the programs do use a point system.
