Chances of matching regionally in anesthesia?

Just starting third year in a H/P/F system.
Step 1: 240
Top 1/2 of class
Little to no research(1+ presentation/pub/experiences)
Mid-low tier MD school in the midwest
Good-Great Extracurriculars besides research

What are my chances of matching in one of the following states: WA, OR, CA, AZ, UT, CO, NM?
I am geographically restricted due to my wife's job and was wondering if it is safe to just apply in these states?
Have a few ties to CA but no ties to other states.

Almost guaranteed based on what you've got so far. Anesthesia is not especially competitive and that is a fairly wide area.
