Went to college out of high school did somewhat bad (2 Ds and a C), and I came back home after that one and decided to join the air force. The only college I have gotten since the fall semester 2011 is the tech school, mandatory by the ccaf (your job training).
I have a gpa right now of 2.15 and will be getting it to a 3.5 this semster. And I will maintain that. I have a strat for the mcat so im confident about that.
My point or question is since joining the air force, I have matured and found ways that work for me as far as studying Is concerned. So I'm more focused and dedicated now that a couple years ago.
Will my previous bad grades hurt me in the admissions cycle to medical school? Air force experience (leadership, team working etc) help out along will strong ECs?
Im at cross roads. And need some assistance. I'm already switching my degree from biology to life science.
