Chances?

Hello. I wanted to know my chances in being accepted to a DO school. I'm currently a rising junior in university. I currently have a 2.7 gpa. There are reasons why it is low but I plan to say why in my application. I believe that once I graduate I will have an estimate of a 3.1 gpa. Is it a great idea to do a smp? I have a lot of volunteering experience.

Impossible to tell without an MCAT score. Best to apply broadly and target the newest schools.
