I know you guys get this a million times a day but I am really worried about getting in and want to see what my chances are. I I graduated from UCLA having a 2.9 science gpa (i had to repeat a course) and an overall GPA of 3.4 last year. I haven't taken my MCAT yet but I've been getting around a 26 on my practice MCAT's. Do I have a chance of getting into any Podiatry schools? I also have over 100+ hours of volunteering and have been involved in extracurriculars.

I would really appreciate the feedback!! Thanks

You have a chance, apply to all of the schools. What are your grades this year. Did you mean you currently have a 2.9 sci and 3.4 overall? Don't slouch on the MCAT. Schools really want to up their MCAT avg. a good score will help.

This is my current GPA, unfortunately. I'm taking 2 more science courses at a community college just to try to boost my science gpa a bit. I will definitely try to get above a 30 on my mcat. thanks a bunch for the response. I'm just really stressing out over this...

Why did you choose podiatry? That is actually pretty important once you do get interviews. Make sure that you get a well rounded application and that you know what going on in the world of podiatry. That stuff really matters too. Grades are most important though.
