I'm a Junior and I have a sGPA of 3.42 and cGPA of 3.49
I'll be taking the DAT soon. I've done some extensive research lab work, volunteered at a hospital, tutored kids etc. (I should start shadowing dentists though huh).

how do I look?😴

GPA looks ok... I would try to boost it a bit more and then do really well on the DAT. You should be ok if the rest of your application looks good as well. Good luck!

You definitely want to be above the average GPA (which is different for each school and can probably be looked up easily online). The average DAT score for texas schools is about 20.

If that's your AADSAS GPA for sure, you're in okay shape. Get a good DAT score.

If you're in Texas, you need a 20+ and some luck lol

Yeah you look fine and you need to remember if your are asking "how do i get straight A's" now remember dental school is 30+ credit hours you need to be saying how do I get straight A's THEN! lol Work hard now and remember its about to get MUCH MUCH harder!
