Advice/real thoughts are appreciated.
So I submitted and am complete with all of my applications for the 2017-2018 cycle. How big of a deal would it be if I left the job I am in for another job (one that is better experience, more positive, and more in line with my medical interests)? Keep in mind that I wrote about this current job in my secondaries as what I'd do during my gap year.
