change of part 1 pattern

does any body know for sure when the pattern for part one is changing....thanks alot.

"Beginning in 2007, Part I will be a comprehensive exam with 400 muliple-choice items. Approximately 20 percent of the items will be grouped into testlets with interdisciplinary focus and clinical application."

so that is sure that this pattern is not changing in sept for part 1

ya the new pattern will be starting from 2007..but will that be more difficult than the previous pattern...? or easier..?whats the difference....?

is it better to give the exam before the pattern changes,,,..!??somebody pls comment.....
