This summer, was a bit of a tumultuous period for me, where I was laid off of work. I signed up tentatively for a summer course at my non-undergrad school (graduated a year prior) that was not needed for any med school requirements. On my AAMC application i put down future course as the people at AAMC said that it would be non-binding. As I started applying for jobs and masters programs I downgraded the course from actually taking the class to auditing it because I wasn't ale to give it my full attention and I didn't want it affecting my GPA.
I completely forgot about the change and notifying the schools until I was accepted to medical schools and see the need for my transcripts and this one class was included. If I let the schools know that I dont have a real transcript for the course since I audited it and didn't take it fully as originally planed, would it be probable that they rescind my acceptance?
