Has anyone had to change any personal contact information during the open application period? I have to change my phone number. Is it a bad time to do so since my current number is on all my applications? Also, if it is okay to change my number, how do I let the schools I've applied to know? Do I have to call them all up individually? Can I do so via PharmCAS (I don't think so but just thought I'd ask)? Any suggestions or replys would help.

I did an address and phone number change in the middle of the application period. I just sent an email to the school requesting the information on my application get updated and the change happened within two days.

Yeah once your PharmCAS app has been mailed to the schools, you'll want to contact each school individually. I didn't want to deal with the mess so I waited until I got acceptances before doing any number changes, but I guess these things happen. No big deal.
