Hi everyone,
im in a fix. Im acheduled to take Part 1, the written test on Dec 5th. Now I want to change my application to CBT. The ADA website says we should send another application along with the extra 85$ fee. so should I request the ADA for an application form and send it by mail or should i send it online?

Please contact ADA, let them know your plan and ask for an application form. Good luck.
