changing interview dates

Hey guys...

I was just wondering if anyone has called a medical school to change the date of their interview. On what basis could we legitimately ask for a later date without them thinking we do not appreciate the fact that they even gave us an interview...

and for those of you that've called to change dates...how receptive and helpful have they been? thanks!

I don't think they mind at all. People have other interviews, exams, etc. as reasons to reschedule. I think it is easiest to email, since a lot of schools aren't super friendly over the phone.

i've had to reschedule a few interviews. it was relatively easy but just make sure you have a preferred date in mind when you call.
