My friend snapped this alongside his car recently. Question: has anyone ever seen it before? Take a peak at those tire-bumper like devices on its side. Neat. Here's the 1,000,000 question: what excatly happens when you roll to a stop?

It's a 2 seat electric motorcycle. The little wheels go down on 2 struts. Looks great on paper. Probably sucks to ride.
