Hi everyone!

I e-submitted my app a few weeks ago and was just wondering if there was anyone else out there applying ED at Chapman.

I was also wondering if anyone knew how the mailing out of the apps work. I e-submitted my app on 7/22 and the status is still "not mailed" on PTCAS. I know that they say it could take up to six weeks to process, but I'm getting worried because the app deadline is 8/15. All my materials are in, so I'm just wondering a) what is taking so long b)what happens if they don't make it out in time? Is the fact that I e-submitted prior to the deadline what counts?

I would love feedback and to meet anyone in the same boat 🙂

I think your in a great position.
I believe the first mailing is tomorrow August 7, I read the date in the main instruction packet for PTCAS. If you're still unsure simply call PTCAS and they'll let you know.

I applied early decision to Belmont University. Belmont received my application almost two weeks ago, but on PTCAS it still has the status of "not mailed".

PTCAS had my transcripts listed as "none" even though I had them shipped like 3 weeks ago. I called and asked and then magically 2 hours later they showed on my app as been received! Some times you just gotta call and shake em' up a little bit up there in Watertown

Can you guys talk to PTCAS on the phone??? I tried several times, but the line is always busy, so I just email them...
They sent me an email 2 weeks ago saying that my transcripts would be sent to schools the following week (which is last week now). So I asked them why they did not send them last week, and they answered that the first mailing would be this week.

Just to update, I checked my PTCAS app yesterday and my app was mailed! So it seems that this week is the week of the first mailings. Hope yours is mailed too.

Yea! Chapman got my app. I guess that sometimes they just lag. Maybe the applications are really starting to come in now.
