Looking to possibly make the move to coastal SC, with strong preference to the Charleston vicinity. Any groups to check out, or to avoid? Not interested in academics, so MUSC not really considered.

See if Roper is hiring - if they haven’t been bought out by MUSC yet.
I looked at MUSC and Roper in 2016. Folks seemed very happy, and the “open and honest” PP that folks talk about was Roper. Showed me the books, clear about expectations, honest about why others left in the past.
Housing was bonkers back in ‘16 - can’t imagine what it’s like now.

There’s a few myrtle beach area jobs on gasworks 🤷♀️ One in Conway sounds good. Idk the market at all but sounds like a good job. Anyone know the deal?
