I am 1 year out of residency and things are going...OK. I have cut down my hours due to some early burnout, but was hoping to make up the difference with some non clinical/telemedicine work. Any good opportunities for telemedicine or chart review? Anyone have any experience with some of these companies? I saw one guy reporting $120/hr for what sounds like essentially remote triage for a busy ED, which seems pretty tempting for not having to leave the house.
