What is the nature of your nonclinical volunteering? That's a lot of hours! I think it's important to be realistic with your stats. According to MSAR, you are much lower than the 10th percentile MCAT in many schools you listed. You also have many OOS public schools that admit few non-residents. Do you have any other MCAT attempts?

Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science
Drexel Univeristy College of Medicine
Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University
Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine
Medical College of Wisconsin
Northeast Ohio Medical University
Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine
Pennsylvania State Univeristy College of Medicine
RUSH Medical College of RUSH University Medical Center
University of Minnesota Medical School
University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health
Wayne State University School of Medicine
Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine

You could add:
Tulane
Bemont
Roseman (when it opens)
Alice Walton (when it opens)
TCU

You could also add many DO schools, as you would be competitive for those.

Many of the schools on your list are unrealistic with a MCAT of 502. I suggest these schools:
U Wisconsin
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Rush
Loyola
Creighton
Belmont
NOVA MD
Eastern Virginia
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Central Michigan
Albany
Alice Walton (when it opens)
Roseman (when it opens)
Also apply broadly to DO schools and I suggest these:
MU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
TUNCOM
UIWSOM
WCU-COM
ACOM
CUSOM
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)
If you are applying this year you need to submit your application this week and all your secondaries by early September.

Welcome to the forums.

Details matter, and with so many hours, I can only infer that you are a non-traditional student. When did you graduate from college? Follow the template and provide details. As it stands, why are you not interested in physician assistant, or DO programs, or DPM? What is your purpose as a physician? When you say you have leadership experience, what was your impact on-campus and in the community (off-campus)? What recruitment events have you attended?

Are you committed to applying this cycle? Do you think you can score above 502?
Yes, I have already submitted my primary and would really like to apply this cycle.

Thank you for your advice! It's mainly with the Red Cross and an organization that works with the homeless population.

I'm on my gap year and was an officer for three different clubs which all focused on helping out the community (ex: Red Cross)

For MD, I would focus on your state schools. It'll be an uphill battle at all others. Plenty of DO options in Florida and you will do just fine with those.
