That's good to have a checklist. That reminds of me something I did when I got started. I called up a few consulting companies and asked them what they would offer me and how much they would charge me for their services. They sent me an itemized list of everything they would do for me in helping to get my practice started. I then created my own checklist from the list they sent me. Very helpful and something to consider if you're planning on starting your own practice.
