Hello,

If you have limited amount of time, which book would you recommend should be done first, the Chern or the MEEI question book?

Thank you.

The MEEI book questions are not quite as representative of OKAP/Board questions and there are too many to try do all of them in a reasonable amount of time unless you just have nothing else do during the day.

I would recommend the Chern question book, Provision question book, and the questions at the back of each BCSC book. The Pearls of Wisdom question book is also good and very fast to go through.

It depends on what you need. I think that Chern is a little easier than what you usually see on OKAP/Boards, but it covers a lot of the information. I found Provision to be very representative of what was on the Boards.
MEEI book is much harder. If you need something to give you a little kick in the butt to get studying, that book will do it. Just prepare to be humbled. I will say, if you can get to where you understand the optics questions in this book, anything you see on OKAP/Boards will be a piece of cake.
