chirality/projections on the dat

What do the fischer projections look like on the dat?

I have been taking some of the topscore practice tests and invariably get all of them wrong because i can't even tell how to put the H (or the lowest group) in the back. Here are two examples, how do I properly rotate them?

here C is the right answer and is R, D is S
