can someone please tell something about the ratings for different schools both in terms of quality of program and expenses involved.

That Is A Good Question And They Are All Good , Remeber That Ivy Schools Are Traditional Considered The Best , But Most Would Disagree . In My Opinion We Should Not Be Concerned With Which Are The Best , We Should Apply To All And Go Where We Are Accepted This Is The Name Of The Game , Just Get In And Be The Best You Can Be And Get The Most Out Of Whatever School You Apply To . It Is Not In My Opinion The School That Makes You The Best Dentist But You Yourself That Does.-bill
