congrats on all the acceptances! you're in a good spot right now, aren't you? i think they're all good schools and will get you where you need to be. personally, opted not to submit a secondary to kcom based on its location. if your spouse needs to get a job, that might be an issue for you, too. family life is probably great there, though, aside from that little economic issue. it seems like most students do relocate their third and fourth year.
with nova, you've got mandatory attendance, which seems to cause a little disgruntlement with their students. they also have a pretty traditional curriculum and tons of class time, which makes that mandatory attendance thing a little more painful. i personally am not too hyped about living in florida, but i know that's a huge draw for lots of people. the cost of living is also sort of high there compared with the other schools you're looking at. for third and fourth years, the odds of staying in the area seem good, but lots of students also relocate to other spots throughout florida.
kcumb has a really cool curriculum. the people seem nice, and it's in a pretty cheap city that's still big enough to have job opportunities for significant others. however, only 1/3 of the students get to stay there for their rotations. also, you've got to research your rotation spots because i've heard that some aren't so good.
dmu has that strong omm emphasis (i guess kcom has that, too), which seems cool. they also place a strong emphasis on preventative care -- something i like, but others might now. i've heard the school and people are super nice, but i can't see being too excited about living in des moines. also, you're likely to have to relocate for clinical rotations.
if i were you, i'd pick either dmu or kcumb, but i'm not you. good luck whatever you decide!
