Choose your medical school

I was accepted to two medical schools back in October, but still do not see the Choose Your Medical School on AMCAS. I received confirmation emails from both schools that I have been accepted. Do I need to wait till February to see the tool pop up or should I reach out to someone to find out what's going on? Thanks!
