Hi everyone!
I'm contemplating which bachelors to choose for my DPT track. My school offers both Exercise Science and Athletic Training. Which is the better choice of the two when it comes to getting a grasp on PT? Which will look better on transcripts for the future when I'm applying for my masters?
Thanks!

In my opinion, Athletic Training will give you a better "grasp on PT", because you will be exposed to many of the same things in the orthopedic/sports realm, such as specific special tests and exercises.

That being said, no certain undergraduate degree will "look better" on a transcript when applying for a Doctor of Physical Therapy program. This is because if you think about it, there is no objective way to definitively say that major A is harder than major B.

So... major in what ever you want to (just make sure you are also getting all your pre-requisite courses in). I would suggest something you think would be useful so you have a backup plan in case you decide not to go to PT school later.
