UT-H curriculum is 8-4 or 9-5. This is very stressful considering the materials you have to study. By the time you get back to your apt, take a nap and study, you have few hours of serious work done. Compare that to UTMB. Classes are 8-12 in first year and 1-4 in second year. Plenty of study time. Good PBL and POM(practice-of -medicine.) You are introduced to the clinics two-three weeks after matriculation and you do more than 20 rotations before your boards, covering all specialties. I can't tell you a lot here but feel free to go to thier website or e-mail thier student affairs for any questions. Most importantly, good Board scores. Everybody does very-well. You can't beat that. REMEMBER!!, your board score defines your future medical career.
