One professor taught two of my classes, and I got Bs in both of them.
The other professor taught two of my classes as well (same discipline), but I got A- and A in them.

The first professor wrote me a rec letter before for a fellowship (which I didn't get) and I used to work for him as a TA. The second professor never wrote me a rec letter before, but I'm sure he can write a good one.

If both professors know me well, who should I ask for? They are bio professors fyi.

Ask both for one and save it in your AMCAS/interfolio, but choose the latter. Rather choose someone who can say you did well in their class because that's the purpose of LOR from a professor. If you want a character reference since he knows you better, get a letter from the first but don't classify it as a science prof unless you don't have another science letter.

How many letters do you have so far? Who from?

It's not a bad thing to ask both. I had 3 letters from bio professors (one was my senior seminar professor, one worked with me outside the classroom, and one was just a generic one from a genetics professor), plus one from a history professor.
