Are choroid and choroidal vessels the same thing in the eye? Also what's the difference between retina and retinal vessels?

So no, they aren't the same.
Also, I think you may be studying this topic in too much detail. 🙂 There are few detailed anatomy questions on the MCAT.

Thank you. And i have to agree with you that I am studying in too much detail. I find it easier for me to remember things though if I know exactly where everything comes from and the mechanism behind something, but sometimes I do get lost in details and fail to see the bigger picture....
