I was waitlisted for Washington State and University of Appalachia and accepted to both this year.

I was waitlisted at UNC and received the acceptance notification about three weeks later.

I was waitlisted at University of Southern California and received acceptance letter about two weeks later.

Also waitlisted at USC, got accepted before they sent letters with the official waitlist number though.

It all depends on the school...there is no "set" number
