Hi everyone, does anyone have any info about Christiana Care in Newark, DE? Has anyone interviewed there yet? What's the deal with "competency" interview?
 
I interviewed there and LOVED it!

The competency interview is that each interviewer has one question about one of the ACGME competencies (medical knowledge, communication, and so forth). No big deal, otherwise the interviews are totally like everywhere else.
 
yeah, just interviewed there recently and most of the questions focus on professionalism, personal experiences of success or failure, etc. Nothing too hard. Great program it seems.
