Are you asking as an MS-IV making your ROL or as an MS-III debating on places to apply this fall?

I was surprised how much I liked this program. Amazing, beautiful facilities and tons of $ for whatever you want- research, conferences, etc.- plus great perks. Everyone was SO nice on interview day and the PD seems awesome. They said they have the second highest NIH funding in the region, after Penn. Although its not university affiliated, they stress how academic it actually is. Not many go into fellowship but supposedly all those who have applied have gotten them. A chief this year is going to Hopkins next year for family planning. Location wise, Newark, Delaware is pretty small but close to Philly and much cheaper COL. It didn't bother me but the location might be a neg for some.
