Cincinnati..How long do I have to wait ?

I was interviewed at Univeristy of Cincinnati last tuesday 11/27/01..they said it could take up to a month to hear anything back from them...does anybody know if it actually takes them that long or we might get something in couple of weeks or soemthing...I just can't wait !!

Least you got an interview :/ I submitted my app Oct-2, got my MCAT scores the 18th, and my Amcas app was processed around 11/05...still no word at all. I have a 30M and 3.50 (M... 😡 )...I know my GPA is a bit low...but still, nothing :/ Some friends w/ lower MCAT scores and near same GPAs already got interviews.

One odd thing I noticed...I checked my status today, it says my application was complete as of -yesterday-. Umm...I had been emailing them every other day since Oct 18 making sure they had my MCAT scores, letters of rec., etc...I even mailed them my printed AMCAS app...they kept telling me my application was complete around Nov-10...

have you been interviewed anywhere in Ohio..I will be interviewing up in Toledo in 10 days ? I am waiting on wright state and Ohio state ? have you heard anything from those schools ?

Interviewed 10/15. Recieved an acceptance 11/14.
So about a month here!

ohh yea..I love it. If you don't mind sharing your stats and if you are ohio resident? I also need need to know if they updated your online status check before sending you the acceptance by mail ? Thanks

There was a thread about a week ago that was talking about UC.... It said they go by GPA & MCAT and work down from the top. Do a search. Someone in that thread talked to admissions. I'm from Ca and just got an interview at Ohio State. Good luck.

Nah, but it's not too surprising...submitted my OSU secondary on Nov 5th, Case on Nov 1st, and have yet to finish my MCO essay 🙄 (the topic is incredibly stupid, imho, badly worded). I'll probably finish it now, actually. Still, I'm uneasy :/

Get that MCO secondary in. They had the quickest turnaround of any school for me. I sent in my secondary 10/23, file complete 11/5, interview offered over Thanksgiving Break. Have patience with UC and keep checking that status check - I am sure you will hear something soon. Good luck!

3.6 GPA 33 MCAT
I was in UC's first group of interviewees.
Keep checking the status site. That's how I found out about my acceptance. The letter followed about 2 days later. Good luck!
