Class action lawsuit

I recently received notification from the AAMC that my VSAS refund had been processed. Does anyone think there is grounds for a class action lawsuit? The $40 refund they are offering is much less than what most applicants paid for the service, and considering the agreed upon service was not provided it seems they are required to refund the full amount.

I think that by accepting the refund you forfeit the right to sue.

Doubtful. There’s no real harm here so no lawyer is gonna be interested in this. You have to have some sort of damages or suffering to make it worthwhile.
