Serious props to you droshan. You must have worked really hard to fill out all those secondaries and I have nothing but respect for someone with that much dedication to their career. (That goes for funky, too 😉)

I'm pretty sure Peyton was rooting for Denver in Week 17. Even at 8-8, the Chargers are a dangerous matchup for anyone. Doubt they'll advance to the finals though. At this point, I would take the Steelers or Ravens ahead of them (for some reason, I feel like the Titans are a soft #1).

I was stupidly sleeping in even though classes start tomorrow...
I do not wanna classes to start tomorrow... oh well, I only have one class tomorrow at 2, and the rest of the time will be in lab, so it is not that bad...actually next quarter should be relatively easy considering that I have not real science classes...only art history and turkish, and lab + the stupid seminar to get honors in bio...
 
what do you have against Rivers??? hes a hell of a quarterback.
 
Ohhh my Colts 🙁 I'm still mourning. Good game, but that was a cheap loss..

I saw the biggest explosion ever last night when some guy crashed into the electrical pole outside my window. When the firefighters arrived, I realized that I secretly want to be a firefighter in my free time.

Good morning everybody! It is the beginning of the second half of the game/cycle. Who is ready for some interviews and acceptances to start rolling in? I know I am geeked up! Congrats to everybody who had a great first half and let's have a great second half yall and finish strong!

There are many people that are (or were) unbelievable at their respective positions. Jerry Rice, Marvin Harrison, Brett Favre, Isaac Bruce, i could go on forever. They dont talk ****, they dont get in useless arguments with opposing players or b*tch when things dont go their way...they play the game better than everyone else, and thats it.

HAHHAHAHA for the cowboys. I'm glad they didnt make it.

I like Shanahan, its sad his team completely fell apart at the end. He was a great coach but unfortunately has been unable to deliver as of recently. Did you see his post-firing press conference? He was very classy, and manned up to the things he did wrong. Sure he was surprised/ upset about the situation, but he took responsiblity. Good for him. I think he still has the ability to coach and will end up somewhere if not this year then shortly after.

I dunno about the national championship. I want the gators to win, but I dont really care either way.

Not a bad qb? :laugh: I mean yea its kinda irritating when your qb can't scramble, but he more than makes up for it in every other aspect of his game.

Blech...I hate packing... I have to take a lot of my clothes back since I brought them home to get laundried... and I also have to find my Turkish book which has mysteriously disappeared... plus I need to buy my books for this quarter... woohoo...

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been away for so long - I was in NYC, then did the Christmas thing with family, and then I was up in a cabin in the mountains for New Years. I have missed you guys!

Did I miss anything exciting?

Actually now that I think about it, I just looked at a picture from my gf's birthday, which is in June, and my hair is pretty short. So maybe i got my haircut sometime in June. I usually get it cut right before rugby playoffs, which is in early april, but i guess i didnt last year for some reason. Still, thats a pretty long time w/o a haircut. My hair is pretty long, but it gets really curly at the end when it gets long so it doesnt go down that far.

Hey chad! Wow, its been a while... you missed about a few thousand posts:laugh: That sounds awesome. Oh, I will be coming to Richmond in the first week of Feb, so do you have any places that you would recommend I visit...

Oh and at my haircut, it was sad... the lady told me that she will keep my hair a little longer because otherwise everyone will be able to see my scalp... In my head I was thinking thanks... like everyone does not tell me enough... oh well, I did not have to tip her that well after that comment:meanie:

As much as I cannot stand either team...I am going with the Sooners this year....Any mention of anything related to the SEC makes my blood boil!!!

I think Eagles-Vikings was the hardest game to call after Colts-Chargers. I'm still not sure myself which way it's gonna go down, but my gut says the Eagles are gonna win.
