Class of 2013!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
If I was still a freshman I would probably try out for CB or FS. I'd probably have to bulk a lil more, to around 180 or so, I'm only 155 right now

DB baby! Defense wins Championships, Offense sells tickets! I love defense. That's why when the falcons linebackers bit on the running underneath and let the tight end go by untouched on a 3rd & 16 really burned my hide!!!

i'm right there with you man! Played defense all my life! Free safety! I was PISSED when that dork linebacker jumped the short route. It made absolutely zero sense. He must have thought that the other LB had deep responsibility, thats the only thing I can think of. Still inexcusable for not konwin what you shouuld be doin, but whatever.

OMG me too. That was ridiculous...He gave them the first down. (and the game)

Baseball bores me... sorry guys. Soccer would be okay... (its a big sport around here), football, basketball (but they most likely won't be tall enough).

dumb play

the worst part was that it was a veteran.

final thought: ole miss ISNT the best in the country, but they are 25th as of last week... and got better and better as the year went on. For a new coach and a young QB, it was an awesome year. Of course, I'm partial 🙂

I'm pulling for texas tonight.

And I'm LOVING running. 3/4 of a mile tonight. I should be able to pull off 1 mile tomorrow. Sounds pitiful I know, but I'm not sure that I've ever run a mile....

👍for running... it took me a month before I could run a mile without stopping...Good job for it though...

175 friends, with the add ban, and I am watching Ohio State play Texas.

I have no hopes for this game, and I will not be down if OSU loses

I am gonna have my kids play tennis...at the country club... after they have their Latin, Spanish, Hindi and Mandarin Chinese Lessons...

Tennis is a sweet sport. My mom and dad both play, so i go out every once in a while to goof around. I'd be competitive if i practiced, and it seems like its a common sport for physicians! My parents play with a lot of docs......so who konws maybe thatll be my mid-life sport after i am no longer able to play rugby.

I know... I wish my parents introduced it to me earlier, because then I would actually be able to play better... but oh well...

Oh, and pianola, do you know which car Wikipedia professor drives?:meanie:

grad class: analysisof the individual.

man, that poor kid from OSU...

yea that was weird....it was a perfect tackle. If anything i'd guess it was his shoulder and not his neck/back. He gave 👍 up so thats good.

What happened? Im at work so I missed it.

Tennis is the only the sport I can play well

Tennis is a lot of fun. Me and my mom play. She signed us up for the USTA. But I don't think I will be playing. Oh yeah, TOP!!!

It was an OSU kickoff, one of the coverage men made a nice tackle, perfect form...he didnt lead with his head or anything...but after he made the hit he didn't get up. In slow mo you could tell his left arm went completely numb, but youd think itd just be a stinger or something. They brought out the head/neck board and took him off in a cart and he gave a thumbs up as he left so it was probably just precautionary. Oh, and he also tried to get up after a few seconds of being on the ground, but his teammates made him sit back down, so im not sure what to think.

Edit: I dunno how more people dont get hurt during kickoffs. If you think about what they are actually doing....50 yard sprint in to a head on collision.....its pretty amazing. Youve gotta be psycho tot be a wedge breaker.

Grammar bee is the only sport I can play good

👍

I was runner up for the Spelling bee...
My sister won however, the year before and got an awesome trophy and her name in the paper...

I was the geography bee champion at my school though...
I didn't get a trophy, but I made friends however, because this was my third day at a new school and suddenly everyone knew me...😀

Aaaaahhhhh, this is torturous! I am still at work and I am missing the game! This sucks royally!

you arent missin much........horns were drivin down the field right before the half (in the redzone) and mccoy threw a lob pass to a receiver that was no where near open....interception to end the half.

Which UT is Texas? Southwest?

Haha...no, unfortunately.

I nearly wrote him a short e-mail saying "Thanks for the timely notice."

But I refrained.

Patience is (apparently) a virtue.

I was s'posed to go to district spelling championships in 4th grade, but I broke my arm and had to have surgery instead 🙁

I won my school spelling bee in 5th grade (the guy misspelled license and I spelled orchestra to win) but lost in the district round (what 5th grader knows "haggard"?) Then I was runner up in 6th grade (forgot the "i" in fertile).

Yes it is... as I always say, you cannot be a successful doctor if you do not have any patients...
