I wish I was watching 24 right now! I'm saving it for when I get back home. Monk, I strongly disagree. The first 4 seasons of 24 were amazing. My heart was pounding after each episode and the plot was pretty unpredictable. The last two seasons have been garbage, IMO, but I'm willing to give Kiefer another try.

And the Hills...I don't really watch it but if I'm flipping through and it's on, I might tune in for a bit. It's mindless, scripted and overly dramatic...but I gotta admit the girls are pretty cute 😀

It's about 40-50 back in Oregon...pretty normal for us. That must be like a blizzard in socal though right? 😉

It's nice! Everyone is so laid back, and its less humid than I was expecting. I think I could see myself going to school here. Downside to Tampa though is that it's soo spread out and they have no public transportation. I paid 65 dollars for a cab ride from the airport to my student host's apartment.👎
Good thing my mom gave me some extra cash before I left the house in case of an emergency..

Then I found out I left my phone in the cab so I had to get him to drive back. (I am stupid 🙁)
He charged me another 10 dollars for the three minutes it took for him to drive back and drop my phone off. 👎thumbdown

ehh nothing much. Right now I'm putting pics in photo albums and watching mystery diagnosis. Anyone ever seen this show? It is amazing!

Never heard of mystery diagnosis but I use to watch unsolved mysteries as a kid...it gave me the worst nightmares

Mystery Diagnosis is on TLC. It's about people that have weird conditions or diseases and it describes how the condition presents & the problems the patient has. Usually they go to numerous doctors but no one can figure it out until one doctor thinks outside the box and figures out THE MYSTERY DIAGNOSIS hehe. very informative as a future physician.

Yup, Tampa's only a couple hours drive

I hope you have a great interview day, CRB. I had a great time at USF and I have very fond memories of the school as my first acceptance. 😀 Tampa's a great area so make sure you enjoy it if you have time 😀

BTW if you have really strange interviews, I wouldn't worry about it too much...my interviews were a little bizarre but I still got accepted anyway 😉

I like it. It's amazing that every time the doctor that figures it out is the one that takes the time to listen to what the patient is saying & put the puzzle together with them... very insightful
