I think I have "beef and beans in barbeque sauce" for lunch today.

I also think that parts of my body are extraordinarily sore after the strength training last night.

no I'm sitting at the table working on my puzzle & I went to get up & I couldn't. I tried to stand up but my back wouldn't straighten without intense pain! So I started calling for help and my family proceeded to laugh at me :laugh: They found me on the floor against the wall
 
my brother lifted me up with a big bear hug and cracked my back. it feels a bit better but it still hurts

Hehe, tell them to admit me with a scholarship, Lyss! Oh, are you going to take advantage of the couples' housing thing at Cornell? I thought that was a huge selling point 😉. You can PM me or not respond if that's too personal a question.

And I just figured out that my dad's computer has no colon or semi-colon function.

I'd love to but I think you have to be married. Maybe one day in the future 😉 Plus I'd like to live with my classmates for at least the 1st year. Ya know do the whole "make friends" thing 😛

Actually, from my interview day I remember the dean was saying how Cornell had some of the most lax rules about couples. They said "so long as you can prove you haven't just met." <-- and I do quote. Besides, I get the feeling Cornell wouldn't deny gay couples (from the atmosphere I got from the school). <-- which is good.

But yeah, point taken about meeting classmates and stuff.
 
Maybe I'm alone on this one, but I love feeling sore after a hard workout. It's a good pain.

oh yea I remember that in terms of same sex. I didn't know if the rules were as lax with hetero couples. I'd love to check it out because it's much MUCH cheaper to live with them.

Yeah, but I have a headache mostly. I don't know why, exactly, but I feel like it had something to do with exercising hard last night. The headache is kind of annoying.

My muscles feel good though 🙂.

"If you are legally permitted to get married you'd better do so if you want to qualify for housing. If you can't legally get married, well, that's ok, you get housing anway."

I don't know that they'd have an easy time making separate rules for hetero and same sex couples. But I guess I didn't look into it too carefully.

I saw a student's room (single) during the tour and he was living with his girlfriend in a single. I bet it got crowded pretty fast, though.

couples housing is in Lasdon which is much bigger than the pseudo-dorm (and it has great views of the Chrysler building 😀)
