i'm just gonna relax and be a bum. something i've been doing quite a bit lately. 🤣 <-- can't get enough of this smiley.

Hey funky, I hope your day gets better...

Just hang in there and try to remember how excited you were at your earlier acceptances and remember how much you like UTSW. (<-- That is going to be my strategy in March 😛.)

The bottom line is that we will persevere!

(e-hug)

haha, make em, they are delish

eww, yeah i don't really like protein shakes.

i thought you were but you mentioned female razors ...

funky! you applied to like a billion schools ... but look at all your accpetances.

hahahaha...I was talking about my mother...she has never had to shave

This is for all those guys out there who can't grow facial hair (or other hair 😛):

I 😍 when men don't need to shave. 👍

My Grandmother is full blooded Choctaw and Chickasaw. Which makes me a little less than half Choctaw/Chickasaw. She grew up in Oklahoma.

that's what's up dude...you know we are definitely all a mix of a whole lot of stuff...LOL

nah, there was when we invaded them. you can star it up again. start the invasion
They are all pretty chill. I don't think they would care the least about getting their tops stolen. However, they might rebel and overthrow us if we try to raid their thread, but the risk is worth the fun.

anyone doing anything fun tonight
May be.

i am going watch grey's, private practise and then go to the gym. see you guys later

Hello Myuu-chan. How was your 11-hour workday?

Unrelentingly long!

First I had to rescue an overnight seed culture for inoculating the new baffle flasks we were trying out. Then I had to run four gels (which isn't too bad, but I'm super slow at gels) and thus start two silvers and two westerns. Then it looked like my baffle flask cultures crapped out, only they sort-of didn't and by 6:15PM (already 10 hours by then) they were actually ready to go. THEN(!) I spilled some stuff out of a 20L carboy of running buffer that I just made. Half a box of paper towels later, I went home.

And now, I'm going to do my ten pushups and 50 crunches, shower, and call it a night.

Does anyone know if will schools revoke an acceptance, after a write up. My roommate is insane and going over the top by throwing a kegger. I'm almost certain his extravanganza will be broken up and I am debating whether or not to stick around to watch that happen. 😱
Anyone?

well I didn't really take it... I had it... then I edited it and didn't have it... then I had it again. but bacchus does have a screenshot saved of when he had it 🙂 check pg 400

Izzie- character on greys anatomy . she's been having hallucinations, etc, coupled with the fact that she's getting out of her contract... leads one to believe the worst 🙁

Poll: Could you and/or would you be in a relationship with someone who had somewhat different political beliefs than you?

I'm pretty much solidly on the liberal side of the fence whereas Mr. Nola, while agreeing with parts of my philosophy, is much more strongly on the libertarian side of the fence.

I don't think it's gonna make a huge difference because I'm not terribly political myself. But I do tend to disagree with him on issues regarding taxes.

My sister and brother-in-law are on COMPLETELY separate sides of the fence when it comes to politics. They make it work. 👍

I'd still give it a shot, especially since ones political opinions usually don't all come out up-front.

The thing with me is that my political belifs are almost entirely rooted in economic/fiscal policy. So, I really don't get riled up over many of the "hot-button issues"( I don't have real strong opinions on, abortion, gay marriage, stem cells, drugs ect.).

There are certain behaviors and general opinions, which I dislike, that often seem to be coupled with a specific political outlook. I could see myself not having a future with someone embodying those opinions or behaviors. But I'd still give it a shot since that political outlook doesn't allways = those behaviors and opinions. It'd depend on the specific instance I guess.

Edit: Sorry for the vaugeness, I tend to try and keep my political opinons to myself unless asked point-blank.

I think so, but is kind of hard to keep a relationship afloat when a couple is divided on issues such as abortion, since neither person's opinion falters. On the other hand, when a couple disagrees on whether they want tax cuts or not, it is pretty easy to make something work.

Yeah, I think on the important social issues, we're on the same page. Abortion, gay marriage, all that stuff. Actually issues like divorce and children, we're also on the same page.

Taxes, foreign policy are areas of disagreement. Taxes more than foreign policy.

Thanks for your input, guys 🙂. I'm definitely interested to hear how you guys think about it.
