Thanks. I remembered about UTSW and the fact that it is one of my top choice schools... and the price cannot be beat... I mean come on, 12K tuition a year + low cost of living+ friends, family and family friends in a 15 mile radius... how much better could it get?

Pianola you are going to get into your top choice for school.... I am sure of it 😀👍

I'm pretty much solidly on the liberal side of the fence whereas Mr. Nola, while agreeing with parts of my philosophy, is much more strongly on the libertarian side of the fence.

I don't think it's gonna make a huge difference because I'm not terribly political myself. But I do tend to disagree with him on issues regarding taxes. :shrug:

Haha, no, Columbia rejected me the day my application was complete... I just got waitlisted at UVA and UCLA... two at once really hurt but I am okay... and I forgot to mention Dallas is warm... I do not like the cold...

Ahh...that's just plain evil.

I guess people feel all different ways about body hair. I didn't realize it was considered attractive (by some) until last year or so.

But yeah, definitely count me in for the sans cheveux crowd.

you would think the recession would slow down the video game market

every freakin decent joystick for the 360 sold out within days of street fighter iv's release

and by decent, i'm talking about the HRAP EX joystick (130) or the TE stick (150 but sells for 400 on ebay)

Believe it or not, taxes come up in the discussion every once in a while.
 
What should I do this weekend? My parents think I am sad and depressed, and will try to cheer me up, and will probably let me do whatever, so I was wondering if there was anything I was missing out on which I should do...

yeah, i'm not into politics cos i think all politicians are just huge liars, so it doesn't matter that much to me.

umm, are you near beach i forget where you are?

snowmobiling, i wanted to do that while i was here, but i think i missed my chances, not enough snow. it'll be on my to do list if i go to school in chicag

i talked to chubs too, he should be back round feb 27th

I do not party... As for fun events... I live in Irvine which is one of the biggest bubble cities.. as in not much to do...

Ooh, Tale of Desperaux ( I like animated movies) will be playing at the Dollar Theater, and Slumdog Millionaire (I still have not seen it😳), Coraline (I love Tim Burton/ Tim Burton-esque movies) Push (I like super powers) or The Pink Panther (maybe I should watch a light hearted comedy)...

Good idea... now I need to narrow down which movie to watch...

Yah, I live about 15-30 minutes away from the beach, depending on Traffic... Newport beach are awesome!

It has been raining non stop, so there is lots of fresh snow on the mountains, but I am not a snow loving type of person...

I have too many dietary restrictions to take a culinary class, and I have issues with people touching me so massage is out... and facials... pssh... it is all about the mani-pedi's😛
 
I think I might go running on the beach in the morning... that I think would be perfect😀
