Probably fixable by coaching - he'll still never be a legend like Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles. The problem is, he also plays the piano, but there's someone else on the show who plays a lot better than him (Matt Giraud).

This is totally a guy's season, too. The Top 12 (er, 13) included 8 guys and 5 girls. In the first two weeks we've lost 2 girls and 1 guy so now there are 7 guys and 3 girls... So Scott (the blind guy) is totally overshadowed by the other guys who are just better.

Ahhh, poor guy. The Stevie Wonder/Ray Charles comparisons probably aren't helping him any, either.🙁 Time to practice and come back, I guess.

it is supposed to get up to 60 today...but then the full fledged rain begins this afternoon!!!!!! ugggggggggggggggggggggg....and I have to TA tonight also...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

That's ok though b/c I am going back to the BEST COAST tomorrow!!!

Hey I just came back from Naked Chocolate on Walnut...$3.75 for a petit hot chocolate...it's good, but I wont drink it all...too many...ummmm...cough cough...calories...cough cough...to waste on simple hot chocolate

So every so often for fun I check the M1 daily schedule to see approximately what I'll be doing this time next year. (We get the year's worth of daily schedules during orientation)

3/26/09:
8-9 AM - Neurobio Brainstem II: Pons/Midbrain
9-10 AM - COR (core concepts TBA)
11-12 AM - Psych: THeories of Behavior
1-2 PM - NB SSM Review 2: Brainstem I Medulla and Caudal Pons
2-3 PM - NB SSM Review 3: Brainstem II Mid to Rostral Pons Midbrain

(I wonder why NB always seems to have the 8 am lectures this time of year...:laugh: my NB system may not be functioning well that early)

That's disgusting. $3.75 for hot chocolate? I'm sure I'm not the first to say that all the places in University City, at least around Penn, are overpriced..

Calories are your friend, you need the energy to actually do these two-a-days
 
There's an amazing place here with exotic hot cocoa for $4, they are amazing tho, have Indian spices, etc, sooooooo good!

Spurs, who picks these match-ups though? Some of them aren't even balanced at all.

It still shocks me that people don't know who T-1000 is and someone just said they didn't know who Napoleon Dynamite was either (though I can kinda understand that).
 
The flight to NYC wasn't too bad though... Like three hours nonstop if I remember correctly. So technically, if I was loaded, I suppose I could go up there just for frozen hot chocolate...
