Chili is officially one of my new favorite foods (that I can make easily and often). You just toss everything into a pot and it tastes delicious! 😱 I forsee a lot of chili in my future... It's cheap too.
 
Is it wrong that I find one of my molecular bio professors attractive?

There are plenty of girls I think are attractive. Do I want to date them? No. I just think they're pretty. It's allowed!

That has got to be hell for that poor guy. On the other hand, maybe he's glad his mom's taking good care of herself and thus still has it (going on)?

I just turned down an opportunity to go out drinking... I think that's reasonable considering next Thursday is the departmental dinner. I'm going to be broke after it. We are having it at Dave and Buster's and I'm just going to give the Bartender my credit card, haha.
 
Can we do anything about that "done with this" thread? It's turning into all-personal-attacks-all-sarcasm-all-the-time. Sadly, I can't report the whole thread at once. 🙁

I haven't been to Dave & Buster's in a few years. It was decently fun I guess, but the games tended to break down easily.

Remember to pick up your credit card before the evening ends. My friend forgot to do that when we were out over the weekend and he had to cancel his credit card.

Haha, yeah apparently I wasn't either.

I'm baking a custard rice pudding (with raisins) that promises to be delicious. Added a little bit of orange zest.

I do have cardamom in the house...does kheer taste better than custard?

What I added was vanilla extract + raisins + rice + sugar + eggs + zest + a little salt.

(I'm planning on baking this for Mr. Nola's mom).
