In about 4 years, I'm going to miss not having to work. :laugh:

From not working during high school / college => working 100 hrs a week internship, 80-90 hrs a week residency and like 70-80 hrs a week attending is going to be quite a change.

Call the financial aid office, see if you can arrange a phone conference and explain your special circumstances. Explain how much you love Baylor and want to go there but with your special circumstances & the vast differences in cost between Baylor & XXXXX SOM, it is becoming increasingly difficult to justify choosing Baylor. You never know, they might be able to throw you a bone. You probably won't get a free ride but you might be able to get something.

I used email (though Albany wanted a snail mail letter faxed to them as well). I just told them that I had already gained admission to another medical school of my choice.
