Yeah. Doing a little bit. Looking at the interview feedback, talking to friends at Howard, praying and believing. I just bought my ticket so it is official! I will be in DC next week!

Man, I wish I was headed to DC. A bunch of my friends from college moved there.

I'm really looking forward to it! I have a good amount of friends at Howard and in Baltimore. It is going to be a great trip!

hey everyone! how goes it?
this stupid anxiety of waiting for interviews is interfering with my motivation in classes. you would think it'd be the other way around, seeing as though i may have to reapply next year but ugh...stupid classes.
 
Rjpark, don't give up hope yet. But I know what you mean about no motivation. And my addiction to sdn is so bad that I am typing on my iPhone. I hope you all have a good morning. I am presenting an article on magnetic susceptibility in my pchem lab class today and I'm so sleepy that I'm nor sure how Im going to pull it off

I've used my inhaler several times, but I've done okay with no treatments. Yay! I'll have one this evening before bed.

lol, if it wasnt cold as dump and in the middle of nowhere....now if you meant it was the most beautiful place, then maybe I could agree with ya there.

But that is what I like about it. It is the complete opposite of SoCal!
 
ugh.. cold here too.. at my research lab lol.. the amygdala just needs to give me a break for a little but while i check out whats new on SDN. lol..
how is everyone today? almost ready for the semester to be over? i cant believe its so close to being over..

i just got put on hold at gwu :-( i suppose it's better than a rejection.
 
I got waitlisted at my top choice school after already writing a nice LOI🙁


But atleast I took my last final today.
 
I had such a productive day 🙂 So much so, in fact, that we finished everything we needed to do in one day and made it back home. So i'll be able to go to work tomorrow...woohoo. (ahem). No vacation time tho, cuz today was a comp day. so that's happy.
 
I miss New Hampshire. Yes it was cold, yes it was raining, but it was so peaceful and serene...
 
man you all are crazy! I'd like to post in this thread more often but its too hard to keep up with the convo!

As of now, i'm impatiently waiting for UCI to update me on my status...its been sooo long! Any day now......annnnnnnnnny day now. I dunno how much longer i can last.

That must be stressful! And I know how you have the non-refundable deposit you're holding back on paying till you get the decision from UCI! When is the deposit due?

Thanks. It was interesting. My first interview was basically him asking me what I wanted to know more about Dartmouth. The second interview was basically housekeeping of my AMCAS. For the first time, I was told they value ethnic diversity, which was a slight shocker for me, because in almost all other schools, I am part of the ORM or over represented minority:laugh:

good deal!...sadly dartmouth was one of my roughest interviews...it just didnt click for me.
