Why is osu going for two is tressel drunk
 
what does going for 2 accomplish? Puts pressure on the PAT kicker? It doesnt matter either way if they make it, its still a TD possession to win.

I've made up my mind, but I just can't seem to get myself to spend the $30 to $40 for a sweatshirt just to tell people I'm in med school. Seems a little pretentious. That's why I wanted one as a gift.

its impossible for the game to go in to OT. Going for two points was useless, it wouldnt have done anything if they made it, and it didnt do anything now that they missed it.

Maybe that's why they did it. It didn't really matter anyway, so why not go for it?

No. If Texas striked fast they'd be up by 3, OSU can go for field goal but would tie game. If they went for PAT then OSU can go for field goal and win game. That's why the two was stupid and i thought tressel was drunk 😀
 
They should have the first, in my opinion from what I saw.
 
wow that could not have been any closer. THeres no point in reviewing it, its notn going to be overturned b/c theres not enough evidence to move it a back a few inches.
 
Tressel might as well challenge it, no reason not to. There is no way this will go into OT, and OSU will not be able to use timeouts.

Well actually this isn't over. Kicking off from the 15 means a good return is possible. They could easily return it into field goal range.

No, that flag is huge. If the kickoff isn't a good one, this could easily get returned past midfield for a long field goal try to tie it.

16 seconds, ball is caught and ran up for 8 seconds to the 50. A 6 second out route for 15 yards to the 35, timeout, 52 yard field goal to tie it.

I do not understand these defenders!!!! How do you over pursue like that. All he had to do was brake down and keep the ball in front of you. That is fundamental at the end of the game to keep everything in front of you! I don't get it!
 
How do you give up a sack when they only rush 3? That is pathetic right there.
 
OSU D screwed up big time, 21 points should be an easy win for OSU if their D performed up to par.... HOW Can they let their secondary up all the way near line of scrimmage when texas needed 4 is beyond me..

it looked like he was goin for the deflection/interception. Stupid mistake.
 
and nothing against texas, but after watching this, if they played against florida they'd be blown out. OSU played like crap all game both sides of the ball, except for their offense in 4th, and still made it close.
 
Yeah, at least this game clarified that Texas is a step or two below Oklahoma and Florida.

you cant say they are a step below oklahoma if they already beat them. I think USC would beat any three of those teams, they look unbeatable right now.
