Because I am FINALLY thank GOD talking to my boyfriend who FINALLY texted me. 6 days too late is better than never 😉. I can't stay mad at him for long haha.

OK, I seriously need to stop posting about him; this is uber-obnoxious, I realize. But that's why I'm not out 😳.

I was supposed to go meet some fellow SDNers tonight but I couldn't make my way over to the city! so close yet so far 🙁

No, I think it is nice! It shows that you care. And plus this is the reason I like to read... I like to get a different viewpoint into other people's lives...

I guess I am lucky... since I applied to 1/2 the medical schools in the nation, if I get accepted to CA, then I can meet the CA people, if I end up in TX, then I get to meet them, UMD means the VA/MD people, If I can get into SInai, then the NYC people, and If I get into Dartmouth I can freeze by my self in the middle of NH.... not that I would mind😀

Snow sounds like a lot of fun... It is clear clue skies and mid 60 degree weather... Actually in the afternoon, it was warm enough that I did not need a sweatshirt😛

I know you had a long wait for Upstate Funky, but it's starting to annoy me a little bit.

Oh, actually if you look at it closely, I was shunning aznboy, since he actually has a facebook but chose not to join, while we all collectively forgave Berk for not joining, because first of all she is awesome, and second of all, she does not have a facebook. I was not trying to shun you... But yah, next time you see LET on pm her, and you can use me as a reference!😀 I can write you an LOR:laugh:

7.5 for me, and that was not including holidays... it made me so mad, that I rejected the offer... that and because I would probably not go there, and since they were accepting people of the HPA, I figured, why not give someone else a chance...

Oh and I remember you earlier post about Buffalo... I really did not like it at all... it was in the bottom two of the schools that I interviewed at, while Upstate was high up... so do not feel bad about Buffalo...

I play nothing... Read above post about being musically challenged...🙁

But with your nickname, I would expect you to play a saxophone... are you trained in classical piano, or jazz, or something esle?

Yeah I wasn't looking forward to traveling or possibly living in Buffalo for the next 4 years, so I'm not really upset. It's definitely the weirdest of the SUNY schools in terms of predictability.

Violin 4 years, Viola 9 years. Don't really remember the scale for violin anymore though.

i play classical and jazz piano. and i used to play drums in my high school jazz band, but now i mainly just play rock.

Haha, I've played the harpischord with a few Baroque ensembles. I'm not amazing at it. And I can't play it at all if it's out of tune because I have absolute pitch. (It's that ability that Oliver Sachs wrote a book about.)

I play a cr*ptastic organ. Well, my fingers are ok, but my feet have no clue how to play notes.

I'm a pianist by training and by passion. I love beautiful black and white grand pianos. They are sleek and classy and I love them. I will probably even be able to buy one when I'm 80. (They're ~ $150K for a concert grand).

Haha...On my plane to Manchester, there was an Upstate NYer who was ragging on Buffalo... he spent half of his life there, and then moved to Phoenix, and said that he would never set foot there again😱
