It's finally warming up outside, and we've dropped below 60 in the office. *shiver*

A pipe broke, so the heat is off, even though it's around 40+ outside today.

well first it went to my mom's job. Then it went to get inspected because apparently it had expired 😱 Then me & suzy were reunited and we went on a trip to NJ to get cheap gas 👍 Then we got hungry and we stopped at Panera... then Suzy wanted to get clean so we went to the car wash! Then, finally we came home hahaha 🤣

One of the negatives of living in suburbia is that you have to rely on cars to get anywhere! At least I won't need one once I live in the big city.

I had a cousin who named all three of her cars. That was ok, but it was weird that she actually talked to her car. This one time I was hanging with her, the car refused to start so she first begged her to start. It went downhill from there. The car wouldn't start so she punched her in the steering wheel and called her a b*#*h.

Didn't turn out so good... I didn't recruit anyone this afternoon. But it's okay since I got a participant this morning.

Nice. I prefer to ride with my girl. :idea: May be I'll call her old faithf...never mind. She might not like being called old (I think she's self conscious). Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Does anything happen after our FAFSA is submitted... I got an email saying it was processed, but nothing real happened...

Thanks, CRB. Yeah, it's one of 3 tests I have in this class. The only problem is that the material is so difficult (and so dense) that it's taking a long time to go through it.

I hope that medical school is at least somewhat simpler in what we have to understand. This molecular biology stuff is one huge, complicated alphabet soup.

Oh well, we'll see.

Ahhh. One of those classes. I'm terrible at reading/studying dense material. Is it a grad. level class?

molecular biology, had to add it in order to graduate, found out about it 2 weeks in to the semester, there's a bit of math involved

Yup. The teacher warned us that it would be the most difficult cell bio class we would ever take. I don't think he was kidding.

What an alphabet soup -- TATA-box, TBP, TAFs, TFIID, TFIIF, TFIIA, TFIIICI, TFIIIC2a, BREs, DPE, INRs, TFIIH, ChIP, BC200, TAF110, UBF, TIF-IA, SL1, SNAPC, Sp1, IGS, VA RNAs, 7 SK....(and all of these are just from one lecture).

I could literally fill up a page with the number of acronyms I have to know.

Yikes you weren't kidding!

As far as snacks go...PB & J always seems to get me filled up and ready to study late at night.
