How are you getting those numbers? Most tests are only accurate to 1% and these number can vary day by day.:ninja:

no such thing as ideal, but you want a good mix protein/fats/slow and fast carbs/fiber

so if you want to cook, then egg (eat the yolk if you are only having 1 egg), milk, a fruit, oats or cereal that have 0 sugar, and protein powder (otherwise eat some more egg whites)

I feel like such a 'conservative'. I have never tried any illegal substances. Like nothing. I have only had one alcoholic beverage, as well.

I'm really really glad heath ledger won his oscar. its apparently going into academy custody until his daughter gets old enough to have it. (thats what I read online somewhere last week)

Ms. Chad and I drove up to Baltimore to check out some potential housing options in case we end up there next year. Also, we wanted to check out the aquarium (it was fun!)

Good morning, everyone!

It's the last week of February. 2009 is flying by!
 
Good *morning*!

It's 5:08am PST and I haven't slept.

Actually, I spent from 11pm to 1am because there was a power outage here, and I had nothing to do but sleep. (My laptop batteries had run out, haha)

I left my room light *on*, and when the power came back at 1am, the light woke me up.

I've been up ever since writing this paper about renal artery aneurysms. I hope my PI is happy 🙂
