Class of 2013!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Haha so true. But I can't do it!

School matters a lot. But I loved most of the schools I interviewed at and would be happy there. So my second most important factor is money.

You can always make money, you can't ever have those four years of your life back after you graduate, so I would make sure it's somewhere you want to go!

Almost to 1k. Woo hoo!

You can so do this!!

And now for some random amusement:

2013, wassup fam!

Preparing lunch would be a good idea... We get free (but unhealthy) food a lot or it's so easy to grab food at the cafeteria tho 🙁

And how are you this fine evening?😀

I am great, except for the fact that I am still at work. How are you this fine evening?

Quite well, thank you! I think I'll be getting off to bed while the getting's still good!🙂

Goodnight, everyone!

It definitely isn't. Or at least not without decent speakers.

Singing might have made my lab experience more fun... Tetrahymena are nice and all but not the most talkative companions.

No speakers here...

Proteins are even less fun... and I am not allowed to be in the same room as the Hepatitis C Virus, since I am gasp and undergrad...
Goodnight for real!!

Good night Myuu....

I am giving up and going to come tomorrow when there are other people here and finish my stuff then...

Tutoring was frustrating today - the teacher is skipping so much and really overwhelming the kid, and she's extraordinarily bright so I hate to see what the rest of the class is like.

I finally called it a day at 5:30, copied her worksheets, and brought them home. I'm going to work the stuff out tomorrow and be sure I'm actually doing it right, then I'll be able to explain it (hopefully).

Her test is Wednesday... and we're praying for a high B. Oh, the days of chem. Blech.

If the pay wasn't so good, I dunno if I'd put myself through this again.

Then class - class was great, I really think I'm going to enjoy it. There's a significant amount of "busy work" included, but whatever - It'll keep me busy at work for a couple of weeks and by spring break I'll probably have most of it already done.
