yeah, I think it has something to do with my running. the morning after a long run I wake up with this dull achey headache that stays all day. must be lack of oxygen or something during the run. I'm going to have to experiment with solutions (using inhaler before the run, nsaids before, etc). its not dehydration, but could be overhydration I suppose.. I drink a couple bottles of water during/after.

Its frustrating because I love running.

Today I saw a man walking around an office building wearing scrubs that had MGH emblazoned on them in big, black letters.

I do not work at MGH.

Will Pitt pay for transportation? If yes, if I had to pick, would choose Pitt. It's a given that NYC is awesome, so you should check out what it would be like to be a Pitt student.

Hahaha oh yeah the MGH scrubs are really intense, I remember them from when I did work there. I never stole a pair cause I thought the huge lettering was a little too prison-chic.

Classy of whomever was wearing them by the way...

I agree. I'd actually almost rather go to the school I'm not really planning on going to, that way you can give it a really fair shot. And who knows, maybe you'll fall for it! You have already hyped Cornell up in your head for a while, might as well look at how much you'd like another place....

Was I the only one who learned what MGH was from a medical school interviewer talking about it and comparing how it's more practical to have horses than zebras during medical school education?

Honestly, I only knew of two major hospitals as a college student: Mayo and Cleveland Clinic.

this is very true. I'm almost scared to fall in love with it because it's so far away... but options never hurt anybody! I know my family & my bf support me no matter what I choose... although I know deep down my bf is probably hoping and praying I pick NY.

Fair enough. Very few of the science majors I knew seemed to be getting any enjoy out of doing one, which helped with my decision (even though I had already spent several months of bench time) 😀 I do what I want!

He also happened to mention to a group that he and his wife hold 5 board certifications between them.

He really didn't seem like a bad guy, but out of context it is pretty amusing. :laugh:

Well, Pittsburgh isn't THAT far from New York City. It's a really short flight and weekend trips would be totally doable.

I think that is the problem I have with the book is that it feels to choppy. There is no fluidity to it. I can't get a rhythm going. I might just let it go and move on to the next book.

It was really chill cuz my sometimes mean supervisor wasn't here today so I was on the computer all day on here(missing you), looking for apts in VA/MD/DC and looking at Howards website. How was your day?

awwww so cute! I can tell you get all the ladies, you smooth talker! I had a great day today. My grandma is doing much better today & they took the tube out so she is talking and very alert! I'm so grateful! Thanks for all of the helpful prayers.

Amen! Btw I loved the library at Howard. The whole campus was gorgeous. i think you and the Misses will really love DC. It is definitely different from Cali
