Hey guys,

Just checking in to let you all know that I made it to Nicaragua safely. We're staying in a hotel in Managua (the town we're working in is about an hour away) and we have wi-fi! I'll be able to check back in nightly but I won't be around much.

Still no news from Columbia. I'm starting to get worried... although a few people in the tri-state area got acceptance packets today. I'm going to hold out hope until tomorrow but if my Mom says there's nothing for me tomorrow, I'm going to assume WL/rejection. 🙁
 
i just watched 'he's just not that into you.' it was pretty good.

Yeah... I really liked it too, blues. The book was better, but I can see why they had to cut some stuff out- like you said, it was already REALLY long. But I definitely recommend that everyone read the book.
 
Maybe I will have a back-to-back breakfast and lunch this morning.

I slept at about 12 cuz a friend who graduated came, and we were just hanging out, and then I woke up at 5... I decided to go running, and after 2.5 miles, they closed the track down, because they were resurfacing it, because the rain warped the stuff the track is made of... I looked at it as a sign that I should work on my paper...

I had a green hulk once and I almost threw up. It could have been that I had a bartender, but even so I am not tempted to try that drink again.

Hypnotiq is good and Hennessy is not bad, but Hypnotiq and Hennessy are a horrible combination.
 
This spring break I'm gonna have to do Fafsa and LOI either washu or Madison (does UW even accept letters?), I don't have spring break for another week though.

I've only left Madison once during the last 11 years for spring break. Staying in Madison again this year 🙁 At least it looks like it won't be freezing this year. It snowed last year, so I stayed in my apartment and played video games 🙂 WAY too much video games, had to cram for the April MCAT due to my lack of studying.

So far, the only thing I've ever found tequila is good for is margaritas and shots. I'm sure there must be other things, but I haven't found them yet.

I like tequila with grapefruit and I don't think it is an acquired taste. Do you like to drink grapefruit juice on its own?

I personally find that tequila mixes well with bitter (grapefruit), sour (cranberry), and carbonated beverages (coke)

Hello. I considered doing that too, but I have so much to do this weekend, so I will try to start running outdoors next week.
 
What I've learned: 2 months of inactivity will make that 3 mile run you're so accustomed to much more difficult than you remember.

What did you think? I might go check that bad boy out tonight. I don't really know the backstory and its super hyped up so I have no idea if its worth it or not.
 
It is spring break? WTF, how did my favorite holliday creep up on me without me knowing?

Great, well now I can continue doing nothing and not feel even a little guilty about it. I think my spring break will last 2 weeks.

Yeah, I never read the comic either, but I could still follow it relatively well. It is a bit gratuitous at times and the director uses a lot of slow-mo shots, so the movie's made to feel bigger than it is. I'd still give it a 7 out of 10 though.

I used to run 3-4 miles three times a week, but now I can barely run 1 mile without feeling I am going to cough up a lung. Its weird because I have doing cardio (while doing MMA), yet my conditioning is horrendous. That's why I have decided to start running within the next couple of weeks.

😕 Ohh, I made it sound like I got rejected. I got in, but I was expecting the official package to include more than the acceptance letter and the required toxicology information.
